My school semester is about to be over so I cant promise that my blog post will keep coming with information about foods and races but I would like to leave this post with some value information on food and races
The races among foods are what make that race distinguishable among the others. Despite looks and appearances, their traditions with food and religion are what make the unique. We as Americans shouldn’t judge peoples races because of he things they do.
For example people who are Jewish end to get comments made to them about the fact that they don’t eat pork. Also, I would like to say thank you to the different ethnicities of our world that without we wouldn’t have some f the foods and delicacies that we enjoy now.

restaraunt obesity
We as Americans fail to notice sometimes the amount of junk like foods we put in our mouths to be digested. Our favorite restaurants like "Mickey d's","taco bell" or "Wendy’s" are what’s a huge factor in our countries rising diabetes and obesity rates. Not to mention that allot of the foods at these places aren’t even made of real meat products .The amount of calories in one hamburger from McDonalds is equivalent to a chicken ceaser salad with ceaser dressing from the same establishment(McDonalds). That same salad has more calories than double quarter pounder if you add croutons and a drink.
We enter these places thinking that a salad would be the best choice but in reality it’s just as bd. The best way to get a healthy choice to make the foods at home with things from the supermarket. Taco bell uses grade d meat because of the amount of meat they have to use to keep their establishment running. The safest and cheaper thing to do would be to use your money on store bought items and cook them at home. In the end it may cost a little but more but its worth your health.

Junk food
Approximately 30% of non-Hispanic white adults were obese as were 45.0% of non-Hispanic black adults and 36.8% of Mexican Americans. The findings are that the rate of obesity differs due to race because of the foods that are prevalent among the races. For example, among African Americans we find obesity because of the soul food that they eat. This food is typical drenched in butter, oils, and fried and usually serve with breads and sugary desserts like cake. In Mexican Americans it has a lot to do with the flour and bred that’s made to eat along with large amounts of rice. These races are use to their typical and traditional foods. However, they don’t realize that too much of them could be harmful and leads to the rise in our countries obesity rates.

Fasting and feasting: Buddhist monks may fast twice a month (new moon and full moon). Most monks do not eat after noon. Buddhist festivals vary with region.

Cuisines
Cuisines primarily change throughout diffferent cultures.A cuisine is usually made using ingredients in the household or in the neighborhood that are easily acccesible. Traditional cusines are usually a combination of ingredients in the everycay household with ingredients from different backgroundsFor example a chinese cuisine will use the everyday rice with traditional chinese spices. Also certain cuisines depending on the ethnical background may vary from household to household depending on the houses religious aspects. For example, indian cuisines are for the most part vegetarian becasue hinduism does not allow the consumption of meat.

indian food
The foods of India are known for their sophisticated use of many spices and vegetables grown across India and also for the widespread practice of vegetarianism across its society. It is Considered by some to be one of the world's most diverse food types, each family of this cuisine is characterized by a wide assortment of dishes and cooking techniques.consequently,Indian cuisine varies from region to region. As a land that has experienced extensive immigration and intermingling through many millennia, India's cuisine has benefited from numerous food influences. The diverse climate in the region, from deep tropical to alpine, has also helped heighten the set of ingredients available to the many schools of cookery in India.
To most people indian food may seem bland or just to spicy in the sense that it has so many herbs but i happen to think that its very delicious and tasty and although it is kind of hard to come by in south florida, on the off chance that i get to have indian food i like to indulge.
